Purposeful Leadership is pleased to announce that the ‘Continuous Improvement [CI]’ playshop for the public will be conducted in Sri Lanka once again.  Many companies in Sri Lanka have used inputs from the consultants to set up a CI system in their companies since 1999. The session is specifically designed for those with management responsibilities who would be able to take back the learnings to their company and start laying the foundation for a CI system.

Objectives

The objective of CI is to generate mega-profits for the company by eliminating wastage and non-value-adding activities, streamlining processes, and leveraging the company's total resources in a customer-oriented manner. It is to do with continuous, customer-satisfying innovations and improvements. CI is a process which makes people throughout the organisation excited about change, leading to improvement. It develops leaders who are able to create an organisation where people enjoy coming to work in the morning, so that they can let out their energy and creativity for improvement.

The biggest benefit for team members who believe in CI and actively participate is the improvement in attitude.
