Purposeful Leadership Interventions
Purposeful Leadership interventions are designed using a mix of EQ and IQ tools. It draws from sciences such as sociology, psychology, NLP, TA, axiology, sociology, and leadership to enhance purposeful self-leadership, purposeful people/team leadership and purposeful organisational/business leadership. A range of methods such as consulting, diagnostics, coaching, mentoring, in-door and out-door learning events, leadership journeys are used to develop purposeful leadership mindset and capabilities. Purposeful Leadership branches
The metaphor of ‘branches’ rather than categories, boxes, pillars or containers is used because the three core areas of purposeful leadership grow in unison but at different speeds and proportions, much like the branches of a tree. The bigger branches grow stronger but perhaps more slowly, while the smaller branches grow faster but are not as strong. However, all branches, big or small, have a purpose in the growth of the tree. The three branches are Purposeful Self Leadership, Purposeful People Leadership and Purposeful Organisational/Business Leadership.

Individuals presented with opportunities and challenges in their lives are compelled to transform themselves to stay relevant. It is proposed that such transformation would be effective if conducted purposefully. Being purposeful is creating a positive impact on the people and environment the individual encounters.
Purposeful Self Leadership is developed through customised interventions that draw on various diagnostics, sciences and methods, informed by Autoethnographic research by Dr Ranjan L G De Silva on ‘Living Purposefully as a leadership development practitioner’ and his lifelong learnings in leading self and others.

The company was established as a vehicle to offer the world this essential mindset, inspired and informed by his autoethnographic research on ‘purposeful leadership’ and his quarter-century leadership development experience.
